    Order Lead Time

    In-Stock Items: We aim to ship in stock items within two (2) business days.

    Out of stock items or made to order items: Items may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery. We will email you with an estimated delivery within 24 hours after an item has been purchased and tracking information when your order has been sent.

    Custom Designs: We specialize in custom design and expert craftsmanship. If you wish to have an item made by our jewelers we will contact you with an estimate and delivery time. 

    If your order is a rush, please email sales@mauricesjewelers.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order!

    Shipping & Delivery

    Signature is required upon delivery.

    Maurice’s Jewelers is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.

    Maurice’s Jewelers is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

    If your package is sent back to Maurice’s Jewelers for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

    MauricesJewelers.com offers free shipping  with the following guidelines:

    ******Free Domestic 2nd Day shipping via USPS or UPS

    ****** All packages shipped require a signature upon delivery.

    ****** All customers selecting Overnight Delivery will be charged.

    ****** Orders that total $150 or below are not eligible for Free Shipping

    ****** MauricesJewelers.com does not offer free shipping for repaired and returned items.

    Returns/Exchanges 

    All sales are final. Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email sales@mauricesjewelers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. 

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s).

    ** Please Note ** All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as MauricesJewelers.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Maurice’s Jewelers

    has the right to approve or reject any return if we find that it is not in it’s original condition. If you are approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

    Repairs

    We offer complimentary ring sizing or repairs with 30 business days of the original purchase. Please email sales@mauricesjewelers.com for repair requests and instructions. 

    If a ring is purchased but the size requested is not in stock, the customer may choose to size the stock sized by our expert jewelers in house. Customers will be notified with this option upon purchase.
